This is such a tragic thing to happen and i hope that more lives are not lost And yeah, when my friend told me what happened, my first thought was that Brian was over there

there's a chance, but.... it's just time. i'll try and keep up dated on it, now i wish i did believe in god and christ.

but all those deaths. i think i'm ready to cry about it tho, all those poor poor people but bri might be in the capital or he's come back here. i dunno, i just have this blind faith now, wot manso said is kinda of a comfort in a strange way

Personally the welfare of Brian falls a little into the shadow, I've family out there on holiday. Thailand, 3000 dead from the last count there and 800 Britons. We've not heard back from them yet but they'll probably be fine.

i kno, after all that. and i have some good news, bri is fine according to one of the administers on rapid forum.

that he was far from it, in the moutains somewhere. and she was told by some one who should kno, so thanx to them if they come on here.

i kno it's abit mean just talking about the one person, sorry

this is horrible, about 59,000 are now dead. this is terrible too see. it was just on sky news, if he is in the north, he might of not been effected to much, but i don't kno now, we'll just have to wait.

i am so so sorry for those people, it will take years to rebuild apparently.

True, though thankfully my family are all ok. They were in the mountains and had no signal, we only heard from them this afternoon. They are fine.

Hey Franz, this is good news, i'm glad your family are fine. And Will it's not mean to be worried about Brian even though some ppl on rapid say it is. If you know someone over there then yeah they might be in the forefront of your mind, it doesn't mean that you are heartless and don't feel for all the other ppl there.

I always hate the really helpless feeling you get when this kind of thing happens, you just wish there was something you could do

Yeah, Helgz's right! We are all saddened and concerned for everyone affected by the tragedy. Don't listen to anyone on that silly forum! You are allowed to care for Brian's welfare. It doesnt mean you care any less about the other victims.

my step dad donated some money the other day. gotta keep the funds growing! after the panto, which i attended last night(starring julian clary - fantastic), there were lots of staff collecting for it.
