I can't believe I'm starting this thread until now....*slaps herself* I really love DM, they're one of my favorite band, and well...I'm gonna keep this thread as I have done with the Interpol one...posting news, pics, etc...


I just got the link to watch the video for their new single, 'Precious':

^ it seems it's incomplete, cause it still doesn't has all the effects, but I love the song and Dave sounds great 


Can't wait to have the album!!! (btw, if by any case you don't know the album's title, it's called 'Playing the Angel')

From what I have heard from Depeche Mode they are good. I think they are gonna tour here soon, might see if my uncle is going.

I wish so much that they decide to come to Mexico...I remember I once told my mum some of the bands' concerts that I would like to go..and among those bands one was Depeche..(the 'list' also included Placebo, of course ) I hope that comes true..with that my year would be awesome...first watching Placebo live...now I'm making plans to go to see Interpol..and then Depeche Mode!!! woah...!!

My uncle just booked me and him and some of his friends tickets to see Depeche Mode on March 31st 2006 at the Birmingham NEC! I am so excited!

were you able to listen to Dave on Monday Sept 5 (BBC Radio 2)? I couldn't.. I was at the Interpol concert, and missed it..

Hehe! Yeah Rocio I am sure that they will announce their gigs in Mexico soon, because they will want to tour far and wide for this album

aww, don't worry Jenna, I'm sure they're gonna be making more guests appearances these days, so we'll be able to catch them

and I got some info about the interview..


"Quite interesting they played Enjoy The Silence at the start of the show. Dreaming of Me before the interview and Precious during the interview.

If you click here it will install the DMReceiver, that's a little program that leaves news on your PC, it also has a chat, so if you want to install it, it's really cool! right now the newest thing there is the Playing The Angel EPK..I haven't been able to watch it, but as soon as I get some free time, I'll watch it

..well, on the archives they have two interviews with Dave, one from Sept 29 and the other from Oct 3. They have also up some videos from the FletchCam™ () I've just watched little bits of those, cause I don't have plenty of time to play them...I have my chemistry exam today!..brr..ah, well..anything for DM

Depeche Mode have hit number 4 in the UK single's chart I heard the song on the radio today and I watched the video on a tv chart at 2am haha

^ that's great Jenna! I've watched the video a lot of times on TV and even on an argentinean channel ...Last Tuesday 18 (when Playing The Angel was released in US) I called to all the record stores near me..and even those that aren't so 'near' me..haha...but non of them knew about DM or the album.. I don't know how much time I will have to be like this...without owning PTA...I want it now!!
