I love T-rex and think Marc is/was gorgeous. Who would have thought that T-rex were actually considered very mainstream at the the time. Their fan base was mostly very young girls. Yet looking back they seem so off the cuff.

When i was at school, i used to run home and leave all my friends outside playing to watch the Marc show, it was like a mini Marc Bolan version of TOTP with all the glam artists on. I had a major crush, so my men in make up started really early
And Placebo don't it proud coz most ppl doing covers of other ppl's songs usually end up murdering the song. Placebo kept to the original and his and Marc's voice are quite similar too
