My most recent purchase was The Doves first album with Pounding on. It is lovely.


I am still waiting for OMWF through the post. My sister found the 2Disc one for £8.50, but now it is taking a while to arrive I am worried it was too good to be true.

Haven't bought anything since the start of the Summer term really. It was Snow Patrol, I've just started it again. It's beautiful.


I've got copies of Franz Ferdinand, Oasis and The Rasmus between then and now though.


I somewhat lack the funds to go buying CD's now.

Hmm, I'm deprived of my Snow Patrol till Friday. Would people suggest I become addicted to Franz Ferdinand or The Rasmus? I'm leaning toward one or the other..

i have to disagree with you there. i love the rasmus and me and franz just went to see them in concert. hes met one of the band, hes seen em live so he has to favour them. sorry franz.

I bought Franz Ferdinand's album today solely based on their performance at Reading. I now see what all the fuss was about, they are really refreshing to listen to.

Just got a CD I paid for a few weeks ago. Worth every penny.


"The Reasons" by Skye Meacham, Dan knows who I mean. He's bought it too.


It is nothing Placeboesque, just a girl and her guitar. I love it, not in a loud way but in the quiet way that stills the soul and senses.


..one of the songs is dedicated to a locally-known couple.


(Francis Osborn and Kate Smith, some of you may know one of them.)
