Think Brian was a bit shocked at first but then he had a laugh about it and regreted that he said anything about them on the radio. Little does he know that there will be ducks at every Placebo gig from now on

that was brilliant. a hail of ducks. i would have been soooo chuffed if i had thrown them cuz brian actually picked them up and said he and the others would have a bath with them. lol! he would be touching somthing i had decorated - i was watching the people in the queue earlier that day... they were decorating them sat down in the huddle that was the start of the queue. i remember saying to my mate "what the hells with the ducks?" and laughing. i didnt hear him on the interview so it meant nothing to me at the time, it just looked funny when he was ducking (no pun intended) out of the way and going "sh1t". brilliant!

I went to Tesco a couple of days ago and saw loads of rubber ducks had had to stop myself buying some to save for the next gig

I am fed up of the ducks now. It was funny at first but one needs to know when to stop. I can't see Brian finding it hilarious forever!

Someone threw a rubber duck at Reading and Brian said he would take a bath with it later. He retold the story on the radio. Why someone threw a duck, I am unsure of. Posssibly something Brian had said previosly in an interview or just a crazy idea of one fan. Either way, after relating the story on radio, the duck thing swept the forums and the brigade wanted to throw even more ducks. I think Brian thinks it is because of what he said on the radio after Reading. Whilst that probably exasperated the duck throwing thing, I think it would have gone ahead regardless. It is a novel idea but class is knowing when to stop. I just can't help thinking Brian will hate to keep receiving ducks.

just to let you know: the ducks would have been thrown even if brian wouldn't have said anything on the radio.It all came from the pic where he's taking a bath with a rubber duck.. and the interview was just more than they needed to throw them. Ducks were thrown at reading too.. but only a a few of them :)

laziness mainly... that and a terrible memory! lol!

you see at the moment my mind is still fresh with the memories. I dont feel like the photos are necessary as its very clear. but i do wanna see how they turned out! i recorded footage on my fone and its ok-ish. but i wanna share my photos with you guys!
