hahaha...I'm sorry..it's just that cmerepaul just updated her site adding (finally) the band's bio (and of course, of each member also) and it includes little comments from fans...and obviously, I contributed , and yes...my comments appear on Carlos' bio (hahaha...I'm sure you didn't even imagined that, huh? , and on the band's bio...) I think I blushed when I saw my comments..they are very little excerpts from the looong essay I wrote (my essay was like...4 paragraphs long..) but I'm err..'proud' of being included in the 'Pol's bio

ok...this stuff is a bit rubbish...but well, I already posted them on the IMB, so why not here? *sighs* these are my first Interpol creations..(don't blame me if they're really bad, I should be sleeping right now, so I'm quite tired and I'm way too lazy to mess up more with them..)

aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!! guys.....one of the greatest things just happened....*tries to calm down.....damn it, I can't...* Interpol is coming to Mexico!!!!!!!!! guys...I've been waiting for this for a long time...and...and now it is true!!!! I..I'm shaking right now...I can't really describe how happy I am...

Interpol is gonna play on the WTC on Mexico city on September 5...and a date on Guadalajara is gonna be confirmed soon....

oh my...the tickets are now on sale....I think I'm gonna have a heart attack...the Salón Mexica has a capacity for 7000 people...and I really really hope my brother can buy me tickets....*prays* yesterday was so hard for me to fall asleep...I'm very very excited about this...

A second date has been announced for Mexico City: September 6 on WTC, and they'll be playing on Guadalajara on September 7

btw..I can barely believe this...we made the first date (Sept. 5) a sold out in just three days!!!!!!!!!!!

but I won't be able to go to the second date at the WTC...but at least I'm gonna see them

We realize that some Interpol completists will feel cheated at having to purchase the same album twice, but we remind each and everyone of you, that you possess free will. cool!! NoiseLab will be re-releasing TOTBL!! that's so ****in cool!! That means I'm gonna buy it , I love NoiseLab...and I like supporting good mexican stuff (as this label), also, Specialist owns me , and having also Interlude and the three videos makes it really worth buying it.

Also, I find it really awesome the re-release of 'Interpol's universally beloved' Antics , or, should I say, Antics: The Special Edition, even tho I own all those tracks and videos, I love having the original stuff. Hold on...is it Song Seven...the original? not the one they re-recorded as an extra for the secret site at Opendisc?? Cause I love the original Song Seven!! It is soo awesome with Daniel's rap and Carlos' vocals!! argh, I'm so buying this album too!!

Oh yeah, he was also one of the leads in one of our school plays "South Pacific"

Not forgetting he was in the Model UN

(have fun spotting him. he's in the northeast quadrant if that helps)

Last but not least - he was too cheap to buy himself a spaceman outfit for Halloween so instead he made one out of foil (actually i have no idea why he's taped up in foil)

Some little known facts about him

1) He was my MODEL UN moderator and some of my friends, who were in another UN session in another class, would send me notes - basically telling me "Paul is so cute" knowing moderators had to scan all notes that came in... At one point he told me the notes had to be UN related - but i think he only said that cause he had too. He had that "I'm flattered" smirk.

2) I remember him wearing baggy jeans with birkenstocks a lot. And that ski hat he's wearing in picture no. 2

3) I'm not sure if he was dating this girl in my grade, but they sure were 'close'. Her name is mentioned in his senior page (the part about having beautiful eyes) - she also happens to be standing next to him in one of those pictures

aww..he looks so cute! btw, those pics are from the yearbook when Paul was a senior in A.S.F (here in Mexico)

argh!! cmerepaul is crazy...I mean, she's given out hints of both Sam & Dan for the theme of the 'Pol-Play...I still have the same thoughts of what it's gonna be about (I'm not gonna tell you! you'll have to find out on you own, just as I did!!)
but I just found out that tomorrow I'm gonna go to school at 4pm, so I'm gonna have 2 hours to start it before school!! oh..I'm sooo obsessed..they're so fun, and it's about time for the PPA to return!! HA!

ok, I haven't been here for a while..why? because I'm taking too much time answering the 'Pol-Play...oh, it was about who I thought!! Sammy!! But I'm getting kinda tired..I've reached the point where I'm glad some articles aren't translated, so I don't have to search through them...this has been really fun..but again, it's hard. I know cmerepaul is crazy, I mean, she rocks, but putting in order both 7 quotes and 20 pics is hard..Anyway...it's just a matter of minutes (or hours) for me finish it.

most of the people know them by Evil..I knew about them by Obstacle 1, from their first album.

on some other news..the re-release of Antics contains the Song Seven version without Dan's rap (nor Carlito's vocals) *sniff* I love Daniel's rap..but well..ok, I'll buy it anyway..

mm...yesterday my father told me he couldn't take me to the concert...meh, those are only excuses, he said he had a conference and ****, but I told him about the concert more than a month ago..! well, I'm going with my mum, brother and his g/f.
I really hope I can take some pics...I'm going to be on the Dark Lord's side of the stage..so I expect to have some good pics of Mr. D.

^ yeah...they really are..ah..I couldn't go to the TOTBL presentation...and Carlos, Paul and Dan were there!! ****, I feel like an idiot.....I had the opportunity to meet Carlos..and..I didn't took it..*sniff* well, at least I still have the great feeling for having attended to the concert . (I still don't write the review...just be patient with me...I've been extremely busy..) But I was very near, and Carlos was amazing...just awesome..full of energy.., I couldn't pass with my camera either, but my brother recorder the concert for me . I'm uploading it.

On other news..(quite old news) but Interpol posponed their second concert in Mexico city, due to security problems; the freaking floor trembled, it seems it kinda broke (even if they say it wasn't this reason, I know it was, cause it felt really bad..) So the new date for the second concert is gonna be on Sept. 22, on the Sports Palace (why?? why the ****ing Sports Palace?? that place has the worst acoustic on earth!! )

*sighs* I love Interpol so much...I'll post my review and the concert as soon as I have it..
